What this is

Pezo is a place to keep track of the games you play and to see what the people you follow are playing. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page.

Your account

One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be at least 13 years old.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. By posting it you give Pezo permission to show it to the people your privacy setting allows, which is the only thing it is used for. Do not post: anything illegal; harassment or hate; other people's private information; spam or advertising; content that is not yours to post; or deliberate spoilers outside the spoiler marker, which exists precisely so nobody has to have a story ruined by scrolling. Comments and reviews can be removed, and accounts suspended, for breaking these rules. Suspension stops an account posting anywhere in Pezo — not merely on the thread that caused it.

Linked gaming accounts

Linking Steam, Xbox or PlayStation is optional, and what it does is read: your library, your playtime, and when you last played something. Pezo cannot buy, post, message or change anything on those platforms. Two of those links depend on services Pezo does not control. Xbox is read through OpenXBL, a third-party proxy, because Microsoft publishes no API for this. PlayStation is read through the endpoints the PlayStation mobile app uses, which are unofficial and which Sony can change or block at any time. When either stops working, the games you added stay exactly where they are — only the automatic updating stops.

Game data

Game information and artwork come from IGDB and remain the property of their respective owners. Pezo does not claim any rights over them.

Availability

Pezo is provided as it is. There is no guarantee that it will be available at a particular moment, that IGDB or a linked platform will answer, or that nothing will ever go wrong. Keep in mind that your library is data you have entered, and that the export and deletion tools exist.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and everything goes with it. Pezo may close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the app will say so before the change takes effect.
